Mr. Calinin have a large experience in power energy sector, more than 38 years, in field of electrical energy distribution, developing of new installation for power flow control, installations for increasing power capacity through existing electrical transport lines. He is expert in location of new generation substations and its integration in energy system. During 1971-2004 was the coordinator and executor of several projects relating power system development, FACTS and UPFC controllers, construction of new electrical transport lines.
