Brokerage Event on Energy
Brokerage Event on Energy organized in framework of the EC project IncoNet EECA, Kyiv 19-20 October, 2010.
Dr.Ilia Timofe, Science Secretary of the Institute of Power Engineering of ASM and Mr.Sergiu Robu, responsible for international cooperation if the Institute have participated in a FP7 Brokerage Event (BE) in Kiev.The Brokerage Event was organized during 19-20 October 2010 within the INCONet EECA project in the field of the fifth Priority of the 7th Framework Programme – Energy. http://www.fp7-ncp.kiev.ua
The aim of the Event was to facilitate exchange of the project ideas in this field and development of project partnerships and consortiums.The event has hosted researchers from EU/AC and EECA Countries who shared their project ideas as well as their research interests and research capacities.
The Brokerage Event was targeted on a wide spectrum of researchers, research institutions and companies from the EU/AC and EECA countries interested in sharing new project ideas and finding collaboration partners.
The meeting gave the opportunity to:
- get informed how to improve our participation in the Energy theme of FP7
- present, discuss and develop new project ideas on Energy at the international level
- promote Institute at international forum
- get the latest information from the European Commission about Energy Challenge
- initiate cross-border contacts and therefore to facilitate the setup of FP7 project consortia
Parallel sessions of the Brokerage Event on Energy in Kiev, 19-20 October, 2010 included discussions on many topics focused in three main sessions as follows:
