Round Table „Electric resistive converters and the equipment for measurement of a high voltage 6,3-35 кВ an alternating current”

There were presented four reports: Dividers from a microwire in glass insulation for high voltage of an alternating current 6,3-35 kV measurement. There was analyzed a state of the market of transformers of voltage on an example of Russia (2008). This equipment basically is imported from China (86 %), and on voltage 110 and 220 kV from Spain and Ukraine. Transformers are most often replaced for voltage 110 kV. There are good prospects in the market for measuring instruments on the basis of a microwire. Results of calculation of electric field in designs characteristic for resistive dividers of voltage were presented and samples of such measuring instruments on voltage of 6,3-10 kV, 24 kV and 35kV кВ were presented as well.

Eng. Kleymenov V. informed about new elaborations of ELIRI S.A., and their test equipment, including information about a direct current divider of 1 million volt, about new technological the equipment on winding of resistors from a microwire. 

PhD. M. Sit has informed of a problem of processing of signals from resistive dividers and characteristics of a mathematical method of their processing in the conditions of influence of internal external disturbances. The proposed method is based on fast Fourier and gives possibility to obtain a very high precision very short time of obtaining the result. This method will allow elaborate the next class of voltage dividers on the basis of a micro wire - 110 kV, providing their high metrological characteristics.

Dr.hab. V.Berzan presented the report on key parameters of demonstration test aria of renewable energy sources. He expounded the concept of this object and the basic results of 2009: elaboration of the architectural concept and engineering specifications for the first phase of its construction. The test aria will include demonstration of solar collectors, wind farms, objects of bioenergetics, etc. Building of this object demands time and financial recourses.
