12.Key qualifications:

Mr. Zaitev  since 2000 year works as the senior scientific researcher in laboratory of the electrophysics and the high voltage techniques, is the expert in the field of power supply systems modes optimization and decreasing of electric power losses, the developer of technical equipments using for increase of power supply system working efficiency and controllability. Also is the expert in the field of calculation and the analysis of stability of work of power supply systems.
During 1987-2003 was the coordinator and executor of 6 contracts. Partners in these projects were scientific institutes, Universities and Power Company from Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova.
Actually, Mr. Zaitev Dmitrii is a head of Lab “Electropower equipment and power electronics” and carries out researches in the field of new technical solutions development - FACTS controllers, IPC and other control facilities of power supply system modes.
